My Story
In 2020, I realized I was 60 lbs overweight, stuck in a cycle of bad eating and drinking habits, feeling like my life was going nowhere. I knew I needed a way out.
So, I did what many people do, I hired an online coach to help me get in shape. At first, I followed the plan, but something was missing, emotional support.
What happened when life got tough? When stress made me crave comfort food? When I needed a coach to guide me through the tough days?
Every time I asked, I was told: "That’s a therapist’s job, not mine."
I felt lost. Hadn’t they struggled before? Didn’t they have someone to help them through? And then there was the obsession with food rules. There were “good” foods and “bad” foods, and eating the wrong thing was seen as failure.
But I wanted both: to feel amazing and still enjoy pizza.
Why I Do Things Differently
I don’t believe in quick-fix transformations, restrictive meal plans, or coaches who just hand you a plan and disappear.
Here’s what I do believe in:
- Sustainability over quick results – no crash diets, just real, lasting change.
- Education over blind following – if knowledge was the only barrier, everyone would just follow YouTube workouts.
- Real support over just check-ins – because life affects motivation, and you need a coach who understands that.
I truly get to know my clients, their habits, struggles, and lifestyle. Together, we throw away the outdated fitness rules and build a blueprint that actually lasts.
